Ceci est
une coupe faïence blanche lisse dont deux serpents sont enroulés
autour du pied en forme de tronc.
Cette coupe
avait participé à un concours sur la céramique et organisé par le
musée de la céramique de Limoges. Ils ont gardés une copie de
l'objet et ont proposé à un musée de la céramique d'art se trouvant
à côté de Berlin, d'en avoir une copie
identique.
L'objet a été entièrement
réalisé aux colombins (ficelles d'argiles), cuit une première fois
à 1040°c pour pourvoir peindre avec les sous émaux et émaillé avec
une glaçure sans plomb. La cuisson finale est faite à
1020°c.

cut white earthenware smoothes whose two snakes are rolled up
around the foot in the shape of trunk.
This cut
had taken part in a contest on ceramics and had organized by the
museum of the ceramics of Limoges. They kept a copy of the
object and proposed with a museum of the ceramics of art being
beside Berlin, to have an identical copy of
it.
The object
entirely was carried out with the wads (clay strings), was cooked
for the first time with 1040°c to provide to paint with under
enamels and was enamelled with a glaze without lead. Final
cooking is made with 1020°c.
